Services & Treatments:

All payments for services, treatments, and prepayments are strictly non-refundable. This includes instances of change of mind, no-shows, or appointment cancellations outside the rescheduling window.

Products:

Product refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Bioskin's approval. We reserve the right to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used products. Bioskin shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from such decisions.

First Trial Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A one-time reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours notice.
• Repeated rescheduling will incur a $21.80 administrative fee (non-refundable).
• No-shows or cancellations without sufficient notice will lead to prepayment forfeiture.

For all appointments

• A 15-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals beyond this will result in automatic cancellation.

Prepayment is Required to Confirm All Bookings.

To ensure a fair, first-come, first-served experience, we require a prepayment (inclusive of GST) to secure your booking. This helps us reserve your slot and allocate treatment specialists accordingly.
